- Veneer Specifications:Consists of premium whole-piece veneer panels.Dimensions: 84x127 cm (hardwood) and 87x130 cm (birch).Veneers are machine-scarfed with precision joints, bonded and hot-pressed for seamless integration.
- Manufacturing Process:Undergoes 1–2 hot-pressing cycles to ensure structural integrity.
- Quality Attributes:Exceptional flatness with minimal warping.Extremely tight thickness tolerances.Typically used for high-end plywood grades (e.g., B/BB or BB/CC).Significantly more expensive than A+ grade cores due to superior quality.
A+ Grade Hardwood/Birch Core
- Veneer Specifications:High-quality whole-piece veneer panels (same dimensions as AA grade: 84x127 cm for hardwood, 87x130 cm for birch).Machine-scarfed joints with glued and hot-pressed seams.
- Manufacturing Process:Requires two hot-pressing cycles for uniform density.

A Grade Hardwood/Birch Core
